Property Info
Prospect Place Bed & Breakfast is the perfect setting for a romantic getaway or relaxing retreat for adults. Guests enter through the foyer and access the guest rooms using the main staircase. The foyer has a wood-burning fireplace and baby grand piano for guests' pleasure. The library, which adjoins the foyer, is a wonderful quiet setting for reading or visiting. Guests are treated to a full American breakfast including two meats, potatoes, eggs the way you like them along with a daily special treat in the elegant dining room. This room is the perfect setting for a relaxing breakfast each morning. Before breakfast, you can enjoy your coffee and the morning sun on the wrap-around front porch. Homebaked goodies and snacks are always available at Prospect Place. Guests are welcome to enjoy a relaxing soak in the new spa tub on the back patio. This is a completely non-smoking property.
The inn features four comfortable guest rooms, each of which has a private bath and a ceiling fan. Wireless internet service is available as well.
This property requires a two-night minimum stay.

| Area Attractions
The inn is located directly across from the Hot Springs National Forest. Lake Hamilton, Lake Ouachita and Lake Catherine are all short drives away as well. While here, visit the Josephine Tussaud Wax Museum, the Maxwell Blade Magic show, the Bath House show, Mid-America Science Museum, and the Garvan Woodland Gardens. Take a ride on the Belle of Hot Springs Riverboat, or take a scenic mountain drive. Horseback riding and hiking are also some entertaining options. |

Turn left onto US-70 East/US-270 Business Route East/3RD Street. Turn right onto West Grand Avenue/US-70 East/US-270 Business Route East. Make a slight left turn onto Quachita Avenue. Turn left onto Hawthorne Street. Turn right onto Prospect Avenue and continue until you reach the property. |
